2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to:

• All online purchases (BIAB press-on nails, sizing kits, accessories)

• All salon treatments (brow lamination, lash lift, pedicure, BIAB treatments, etc.)

• All agreements concluded with Hermosa Antwerp

By placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

3. Custom-Made Products

All BIAB press-on nails are custom-made based on the sizes provided by the customer.

Because they are personalized products:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged

• Incorrect measurements are the customer’s responsibility

Hermosa Antwerp produces the nails exactly according to the sizes submitted.

4. Order Cancellation – Press-On Nails

Orders for press-on nails may only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, provided production has not yet started.

After this period, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.

5. Sizing Kit

The sizing kit is necessary to create custom press-ons.

• Sizing kits cannot be returned once used (hygiene reasons).

• Measurements submitted are the customer’s responsibility.

If the sizing kit arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 48 hours with photographic proof.

6. Medical & Health Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing Hermosa Antwerp of:

• Allergies

• Skin conditions

• Medical conditions

• Pregnancy

• Use of medication

Hermosa Antwerp is not liable for allergic reactions or complications if relevant medical information was not disclosed prior to treatment.

Patch tests are recommended where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hermosa Antwerp is not liable for:

• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

• Improper application or removal of press-on nails

• Damage caused by misuse

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Press-on nails are not tools. Improper handling may reduce durability.

8. Payment Terms

All orders and bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Hermosa Antwerp reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

9. Force Majeure

Hermosa Antwerp cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., postal delays, illness, technical issues, supplier delays).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
