Custom-Made Products

All BIAB press-on nails from Hermosa Antwerp are custom made and personalized based on the sizes provided by the customer via the sizing kit.

Because these products are made to measure and personalized they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

By placing an order you agree that:

• The sizes submitted are your own responsibility

• The nails are produced exactly according to the sizes you provide

• Incorrect measurements do not qualify for a refund, remake or exchange

Sizing Kit Policy

The Hermosa Antwerp sizing kit is an essential part of creating your custom-made press-on nails. Due to hygiene reasons, sizing kits cannot be returned once used.

If your sizing kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@hermosaantwerp.com

Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description. If approved, we will send a replacement sizing kit.

All measurements submitted using the sizing kit are the customer’s own responsibility.

Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective (production fault)

• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 48 hours at: info@hermosaantwerp.com

Include your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

If the claim is approved and confirmed as a production fault or our mistake, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is exceptionally approved (for example in case of confirmed production defects), return shipping costs will be covered by Hermosa Antwerp.

In all other cases where returns would be considered outside of production errors, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods, such as Hermosa Antwerp BIAB press-on nails.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to a confirmed production defect or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
