Annulation Policy

Appointments are confirmed once booked via the booking system or Instagram.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Exceptionally during the summer months (July and August) Due to high demand. please allow 7 days in advance.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

During the summer months (July and August) no refunds will be issued. However you may reschedule your appointment within one month on the day of cancellation.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

If a deposit was paid, it is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Hermosa Antwerp reserves the right to refuse future bookings in case of repeated late cancellations.
